Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We hand select our extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) based on the variety of olive, how and when the olives are harvested, and how the olives are cold-pressed and bottled. Most of our selection of EVOO’s come for family-run estates, many of which have cultivated the same trees for generations.
When possible we choose organic, but for some of the suppliers we work with this is not a factor we have to take into consideration. Freshness is key to both flavor and nutrition, so we prioritize choosing oils with a short time period from harvest to bottle and a clear harvest date.

Balsamic Vinegar/Reduction
Currently we only carry one Balsamic Vinegar, which is organic and aged in oak barrels for over a year and quite uniquely softened with just a touch of organic grape juice. As for the balsamic reductions we offer one organic, from Modena, Italy that is made only with organic grape must and organic wine vinegar or else we sell a variety of flavored balsamic reductions.
