After spending last winter sampling approximately 12 different vendors’ olives, I decided on these.  The olives originate in either Greece or Spain,, then brined in New Jersey.  I find the texture, size and flavor to be what we look for in a quality olive.  You have 5 varieties to choose from and the only olive containing a pit is the Whole Kalamata olive, which happens to be my personal favorite.
