Product Description

Organic & Kosher with an intense flavor accompanied by a complex set of aromas, including banana, almond, and fig. Has both a bitter and spicy finish. Single estate groves are located in the foothills of the Sierra Morena. Made with only the Picual olive, which in Spain is the preferred olive because of its high polyphenol content.
